CHECKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS


Bust: With your arms at your side, place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Make sure that the tape measure remains parallel to the floor.

Waist: While standing, wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline just above your navel. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

Hips: While standing with your feet together, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your body between your waist and your knees. This is approximately 8 inches below your waist. Make sure that the tape measure remains parallel to the floor.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We strongly advise that you are sure of your selection before placing your order as we do not exchange if you simply “change your mind”. We also do not exchange or refund for products that do not “meet your expectation” - as we cannot guarantee the personal pleasure of our items. For this reason also we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on our products, though will always strive to keep our customers happy.
Due to our high health standard intimate apparel is unable to be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect sizing or if you simply change your mind as they cannot be resold. These items include opened hosiery, undergarments (g-strings, c-strings, panties, briefs, thongs), body stockings, jewellery and cosmetics.

If we can detect the item has been worn, laundered, damaged or soiled in any way and therefore deemed unsaleable we reserve the right to reject these items due to their condition. For this reason please be careful when trying on apparel and footwear to avoid tears or scuffs.

We cannot offer an online credit or refund for any sale, clearance or discounted item, unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.

YOU will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanging products for alternate sizes due to an incorrect purchase. We strongly suggest that you return the item using registered post and retain your proof of postage as we will not take responsibility for goods lost of misplaced in the post.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

If you encounter a manufacturing defect please contact us detailing your reasons for needing to return the product within 30 days of receiving the order for an identical replacement.

If your item cannot be replaced, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same purchase value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the product.

Once your details have been received by our Customer Service team you will be issued with a “Returns Authority” number to enclose with your returning product. You will be contacted once your item has been received to confirm the defective status of your product and to organise your product replacement.

If your item cannot be replaced, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same purchase value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the product.

ORDER TRACKING

We strive to process and despatch orders within 24 hours day of payment being received. Postage can take between 2 – 5 business days, depending on the size of your order and your location. Deliveries outside of a metropolitan area may take longer. Once your order has been posted the Australia Post Article ID will be added to your order information.


Many of our delivery services now include tracking, enabling you to view your item's progress during the delivery process. Tracking your item is as simple as 1, 2, 3:

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes.
